This dynamic and interactive session
will take an in-depth look at all generations in the workplace. Learn how
to transform your organization through leadership contributions from all levels
of experience. The session will also help address the perceived disconnect
between managers and the staff of “twenty-somethings” that they
manage as well as how they successfully lead them. This session will make
use of the Generational Rapport Inventory (GRI) that participants will have
completed prior to the conference.

Individuals representing all generations including recent college graduates, mid-career professionals and retirees - are looking for meaningful experiences in the workplace. In this session learn how to match your organization’s staffing needs in a new way capitalizing on the multi-generational approach.
#3: Bringing Younger Board Members and Volunteers to Your Organization
How do you successfully integrate next generation leaders on to your board, especially if most current members are approaching or beyond the half century mark? A panel moderated by Richard Diaz, Executive Director of the Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program, with “next generation leaders” Chris Lewis, board member of Boys and Girls Club Long Beach, and Josh Lowenthal, President of the Board of Children Today will provide insight into how to integrate this highly motivated group on to your board and into your organization.
