Cancellation Policy
Once registered, you must notify LBNP at least two (2) full working days prior to the workshop or breakfast to effectively cancel your registration. We ask your cooperation with this policy due to the need to strictly monitor the number of participants planning to attend each of our programs. If you effectively cancel (at least two (2) full working days prior to the program), you will receive a voucher, which may be applied to future workshops. Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date they are issued. Late-cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the program and no voucher will be issued. LBNP reserves the right to cancel any program. Should LBNP cancel a program, registered participants will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to substitute program presenters as necessary.
